Operation principle of Jaw Crusher:

The motor drives the belt and the grooved wheel, which connect the eccentric shaft. Through the movement of eccentric shaft, the movable jaw plate moves up and down. When movable jaw plate moves down, the angle between it and toggle plate will be reduced, movable jaw plate will moves away from fixed jaw plate due to the tension rod and springs. At this moment, the crushed materials will be discharged at discharge opening. With moving of motor and periodical movement of movable jaw plate, material will be crushed and discharged gradually, so that batch production will be reached. When movable jaw plate moves up, the angle between it and toggle plate will be enlarged, so the movable jaw plate will be close to fixed jaw plate. Then, the materials will be pressed and crushed.

Process of Stone Production Line:

Vibrating feeder feeds the big materials into jaw crusher evenly and gradually through a hopper for primary crushing. After the first crush, the materials will be transferred to impact crusher by belt conveyor for the secondary crush. Then the crushed materials will be transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the part materials will be returned to impact crusher, while the others that can meet standard will be transferred away as final products, thus forming a closed circuit. We can equip dust catcher system to protect environment. In addition, the size of final products can be also combined and graded according to customer’s specific requirement.

Process of Sand Production Line:

Vibrating feeder regularly sends the stone material into the primary jaw crusher. The crushed material is sent into the secondary jaw crusher to be crushed again. Then the belt conveyor sends the crushed material into vibrating screen to be separated. The material, whose size is suitable for the feed size of the sand maker, can be sent into the sand maker. The unsuitable material will be sent back to the secondary jaw crusher, so as to be crushed again. The crushed material from the sand maker is sent back to the vibrating screen to be separated. The suitable separated sand, which is the final product, will be sent to the sand washer to be cleaned, and then sent by the belt conveyor. The unsuitable separated sand will be sent back to the sand maker to be crushed again. The production line forms two closed cycles. Otherwise, according to the customers’ requests, the production line can be also changed.

Process of Powder Making Production Line:

First, material enters into jaw crusher to be crushed to smaller size. Then elevator lifts them into storage room. Next, vibrating feeder will feed material into grinding chamber evenly and gradually. After being grinded, the powder will be blew to cyclone by blower. Then the material will be transferred to storage room through pipes, and discharged as final products. The whole process works in a negative pressure environment. First, through pipes, the air from the blower enters the cyclone collector above the storage room, and then returns to the blower through return pipe. In the way, air can be recycled. There is a powder locking equipment under the cyclone, which isolates the outside positive air pressure and the negative air pressure inside cyclone. And this ensures high productivity. In addition, the residual air and dust under the main unit will be transferred to dust catcher equipment through pipes and be cleaned there.
